Vertigo: an answer about Marie Curie and its receipt, checked on Wikipedia

Pick your system

On your phone, nothing to install from a store

Open paradoxalai.vercel.app/chat on your phone, then Share → Add to Home Screen. Vertigo runs on the phone itself, full screen, and works offline once it has loaded.

Open Paradoxal for phone

PARADOXAL Code, in your terminal

The same coding agent as the Code tab, in any folder: it reads, proposes, and changes nothing without your yes. One command to install (it needs Node.js 22 or later). It can also talk to other models you already pay for, or to a local one.

What the Free plan includes

  • PARADOXAL Vertigo, computed on your computer. No GPU needed.
  • Weather, Wikipedia and the news when you are online; everything else offline.
  • Hard Sudoku solved by PARADOXAL-R and checked by the rules of the game.
  • 50 messages a day. No account needed.

First launch

Paradoxal is not signed by Apple or Microsoft yet, so your system warns you the first time.

  • macOS: open Paradoxal once, then in System Settings → Privacy & Security, click Open Anyway.
  • Windows: if SmartScreen appears, click More info, then Run anyway.
  • Linux: make the AppImage executable (chmod +x), then open it.

Private by design

Conversations are stored on your computer only. Vertigo speaks French for now, and it looks facts up instead of guessing.
